I never thought that I would be writing up a recipe for my pasta salad! However, I had a lot of requests from family and friends asking what I actually put into my pasta salad because it is so yummy!
This is truly a fail-safe recipe; I promise I would never lie to you. Again, no actual measurements included below. You can have fun with this one. Add as much of something you like, as you want! Hell, you’re the one that is going to eat it! Lol
My son loves anything that has pasta in it, so this is a way I can sneak in veggies or add some foods that he wouldn’t normally eat on his own. muhahaha lol

Favorite Italian salad dressing
*Important* Do not use shredded cheese for this. You are going to want to get a block of cheddar cheese. Fresh mozzarella can be found in the Deli section of the grocery store. Well at least in my grocery store that is where I can find it.
Cook pasta per the box instructions. Dice the red onion, green pepper and yellow pepper. Cut your grape tomatoes in half. Then, cut your mozzarella and cheddar cheese into small chunks. Now, cut your salami and pepperoni into bite size pieces.
Once your pasta is done, add it and all ingredients that you just prepared in a large bowl. At this point, you can add some of the optional ingredients if you would like. I added about 1 tsp of basil, parsley, and about ½ tsp of smoked paprika. Also, add a small pinch of salt and pepper for taste.
Add your salad dressing to the mix slowly so that you can be sure you do not over dress it.
Now add your feta to the party and mix.
Boom! It’s done!
Pro Tip – If I have some left over rotisserie chicken, I will cut that into bite size pieces and make this pasta salad as well. So Yummy!
